The old knowledge contains a lot of great wisdoms passing down by many generations, which we should study and understand instead of using our own idea to explain or even challenge their ideas, then we can improve and go on the right path, "Dao".
Just like an idea of chopsticks, the meaning is very deep, which we should learn about.

Chopsticks are homophonic to "快". It means "happy and happy forever".
The chopsticks have one round end and one square end. The round one symbolizes the sky, and the square one symbolizes the earth, corresponding to the round sky and the earth. This is the Chinese understanding of the basic principles of the world.
When holding chopsticks, the thumb and index finger are on top, the ring finger and little finger are on the bottom, and the middle finger is in the middle. This is the symbol of the three talents of heaven, earth and human. This is to understanding of the relationship between man and the world.
A pair of chopsticks divided into two sticks represents the concepts of Tai Chi and Yin Yang. Tai Chi is one, Yin and Yang are two, one is divided into two, which means that everything is composed of two opposites; the two become one, the combination of Yin and Yang also means a perfect result.
There are obvious Bagua in the IChing: Qian, Kan, Gen, Zhen, Xun, Li, Kun, Dui. And there are shadow Bagua: Xiu, Sheng, Shang, Du, Jing, Si, Jing, Kai. There are two chopsticks, which means two. 修仙道塾 (XiuXian Tao Shu) School of Longevity Training
仙, in general, it is translated as "immortal". But this Chinese character formed in two parts, which 人(human) and 山 (mountain).
This means, if one who wants to get the longevity and real freedom, the person who will need to connect with the nature.
"The School of Longevity Training" combined with Chinese martial arts Neigong, Chinese Taoist Neigong, Japanese Shugendo and mikkyo(Japanese vajrayana) to lead the practitioners to understand their own self, awakening the inner universe and reconnecting the nature to attempt to the higher realm.
We emphasize Neigong, 內(Nei), internal, which is our real self, 功(Gong), the work out, which is our practice. So, it is said that if the practitioners want to get to longevity, a higher realm and awaken, they have to reconnect with the nature, but the "Real" reconnect to the nature is not just only by the body, but we have to connect the nature by our "Real" self which from internal to external, so, without the real and authentic internal practice, we will never be able to attempt the aim and never be able to connect with the nature, it will just literally a normal hiking, camping or picnic. It has no benefits for a practitioners to become higher self.
So the real Neigong practice is the most important and is a "must", without it, according to all the immortal and longevity successor said, it will just waste time and the body and life is empty, no meaning. And very important, Neigong is a practice for the whole internal, it is nothing that qigong, this is kind of a modern phrase for breath practice can compare.
From now on, I will constantly create some post to explain the meaning of the "修仙道塾 (XiuXian Tao Shu) School of Longevity Training".
