I'm a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is one of the most recognized and respected national personal training certifications. I specialize in weight loss, behavioral change, strength and conditioning training, nutrition and many other fitness related modalities. I am a personal trainer because I find great pleasure in being a positive motivation to help people look and feel the best they can. As an avid fitness enthusiast with over 5 years of experience in fitness, health and wellness, I strive to put the personal in personal training to help my clients exceed their goals.
