🚫 Negative Impacts:
1. Gut Health: Excessive caffeine consumption can irritate the GI tract, leading to issues like acid reflux, indigestion, and even exacerbating symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). And worsening an existing stomach ulcer 😣
