When a family experiences loss, everyone carries it differently, but no one should have to carry it alone.

In just one week, on April 8 from 6:00–7:30 PM, our Family Grief Support Group will gather again, creating space for families to navigate grief together in a way that feels supportive, compassionate, and real.

Children will participate in engaging activities that help them name and express their emotions, while caregivers will meet separately to share experiences, ask questions, and learn alongside others who are also parenting through grief.

Whether this is your first time attending or you’ve joined us before, you are always welcome here.

Registration is required. Register here: https://columbus.cornerstoneofhope.org/events/growing-through-grief-monthly-family-night-2

Music has a way of reaching places words can’t.

Join us for a powerful, hands-on workshop where we explore how intentional music-making can help navigate grief and loss. Together, we’ll move beyond simply listening and step into actively engaging with music as a tool for healing.

Through singing, creating personalized playlists, reflecting on meaningful lyrics, and connecting memories to melody, this experience offers practical and creative ways to process emotions and honor your story.

Facilitated by Licensed Professional Music Therapist Jennifer Yurkovich, this session creates space for expression, reflection, and connection in the midst of grief.

Come as you are and experience the healing power of music alongside others who understand.

Grief is not linear.

It doesn’t move in predictable stages or follow a clear progression. You may feel steady one day and overwhelmed the next. Milestones, memories, and even ordinary moments can bring emotions rushing back when you least expect it.

That doesn’t mean you’re going backwards, it means loss doesn’t follow a schedule.

Wherever you are today, give yourself permission to be there. There is no “right” pace, only your own.
