I realize I am probably going to get so much pushback for this, but it needs to be said. This is in no way an endorsement that if you need treatment and help for ADHD/Autism/AuDHD that you should not get a diagnosis. I absolutely believe in therapy when helps people heal. But I also do not believe in a pathology only definition of these conditions.
