Victor Roveda is a highly experienced mental health counselor with 8 years of experience working with individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. He specializes in utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help his clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that are impacting their mental well-being. Victor is a firm believer that therapy is intended to help with almost every aspect of life, from seemingly benign to the most overwhelming. He understands that mental health is a spectrum and that therapy can be beneficial for anyone, regardless of the severity of their issues. He is dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for his clients to work through their challenges and make positive changes in their lives. With Victor’s guidance and support, many of his clients have been able to overcome their difficulties and live happier, healthier lives. He aims to break the common misconception that therapy is only to treat severe mental health issues and wants to make sure that everyone has access to the support they need.
