Yesterday, I contacted Go Fund Me to see how I could be a featured account when you hit their landing page…they told me I need to share the fundraiser as much as possible to meet their algorithm. I am anxious to get back on my feet quickly and would love to be featured by them because the featured fundraisers receive multiple donations form strangers and I would love to meet my goal. This is a heads-up that I will be sharing my fundraiser everyday to try to meet an algorithm…sorry for the inundation! I’m going to try what they said and I hope it doesn’t offend too many people. Hello friends! It has been a long while since I have devoted focus to Chemo Cosmetics in many months. I thought it was time for me to check in and give an update.

I wrapped up my personal cancer journey in May of 2023. I was healed from my reconstruction surgery and declared to have no evidence of disease and told to begin rebuilding my life…

But I am still navigating some “icky” things in life…picking up the pieces after a long war with cancer is a lot work!!!!!

Sometimes getting through the icky parts requires care packages…

I know how I light up when I receive a care package from a cancer-related organization—my day is brightened so much and spirits lifted.

That is why, with assistance of my friend Shelby, I continue working on building the foundation to a program that gives care packages to cancer patients.

We have planted the seeds, now it is time to beginning watching things sprout. 🙂 I am ready for this next chapter in life.
