Sundays can bring a mix of feelings—rest, stress about the week ahead, or somewhere in between. You don’t have to have everything figured out by tonight. It’s okay to slow down, reset, and take things one step at a time!

Try this: Write down the top 3 things for tomorrow—keep it simple and realistic. Getting it out of your head can help ease that “Sunday anxiety.”

Give yourself a little space today. That’s enough.

Serendipity Wednesday: Journaling for a fresh start. Struggling to start tasks or feeling stuck in negative thoughts? Journaling can help. I often encourage people to make the first step so small it’s impossible not to follow through.

Try these simple ideas:
🌼 Write the thought, then gently reframe it.
🌼 Ask yourself: “What’s one tiny step I can take right now?”
🌼 Keep a “done list” of even the smallest wins.

Little steps can lead to big changes.

🌼 Spring has a way of reminding us that things can change.

🌼 Not all at once, and not perfectly—but little by little.

🌼 If things have felt heavy lately, this is your reminder that it won’t always feel that way. This too shall pass!

Sundays can feel like a lot of different things. For some people, it’s a slower day. For others, it’s that “here comes the week” feeling, and it’s not always easy.

🩵 Wherever you’re at today, it’s okay!

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to feel ready. Sometimes it’s just about getting through the day, or giving yourself a little space to breathe. At Serendipity Psych, we talk a lot about meeting yourself where you are—not where you think you should be.

💙 Take what you need from today.

One of my favorite things to do is help people build their Coping Skill Toolbox. There are countless skills, activities & tricks people can learn. It's always amazing to see the impact they can have on someone's life & outlook on things.

Quick reset for anxiety in under 2 minutes to get you lut of your head and back to the moment:

Name:
💛 5 things you see
💚 4 things you feel
❤️ 3 things you hear
🩵 2 things you smell
🩶 1 thing you taste

Simple—but it works. Save this for later, always keep adding to your coping skill toolbox!

You’re not lazy—you’re overwhelmed!

When your brain is juggling everything—kids, work, life—starting anything can feel impossible.

Try this: pick ONE small task and finish it.

What’s been feeling like “too much” lately?
