Kryon has often said: "What you casually say out loud is like placing an order to the Universe." It's that powerful!
Who's listening? Who's placing the order? Your body's "Innate" hangs on every word you say, trying its best to deliver what you've asked for. The Innate is the "smart body," the one that responds so well to kinesiology.
This theme of "watch your words" is common in Kryon's teachings. Your words are your consciousness, and they're so powerful that you can create things you didn't really expect. The new spiritual evolution of your Innate is responsible and will surprise you with how reactive it is.
If you're reading this, the idea that "The Body Is Listening" is something you need to hear again. It's a reminder of how powerful you are and that you can create almost anything within your body. Watching your words is wise advice.
What have you told your body lately? Does it include casual thoughts like, "I'm a fool for doing that" or "I'm sick of this!" or "Doing this stuff drives me crazy"?
Don't be surprised when that comes back to you in some form of reality. Your body doesn't know if you're kidding or serious. It depends on you for consciousness and does what you tell it to! YOU ARE THE BOSS.
Consider this: How about telling your cells to increase your energy, or sleep better? Your body is, indeed, listening to it all.
So, Lightworker, choose your words wisely. Speak life, health, and positivity to your body. It's listening, and it's ready to manifest your words into reality.
