About Me
I am a clinical psychology doctoral candidate and psychotherapist of over seven years. My chief goal is to educate service providers and community members about LGBTQIA+ issues, particularly the unique experiences and challenges of pan/bis*xual individuals. I'm dedicated to social justice and working toward ending the stigma and discrimination of pan/bis*xuality through education, advocacy, and visibility.
As a psychotherapist, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where therapy is tailored to each unique individual and their goals. My approach combines resolving current issues as quickly as possible by providing useful resources and skills to use outside of the therapy room, as well as an in-depth understanding of clients and their past/present relationships.
I have trained in various specialties including psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My areas of expertise include adolescents and adults with generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, trauma/PTSD, emotional dysregulation, and depression. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, especially those who identify as pan/bis*xual or those in need of a safe place to explore their s*xual identity.
