Getting all of this delicious nutrient, dense food into one meal gives me more flexibility the rest of the day. You can cook these veggies, eat them raw, doesnโt matter just need to get them in your belly and have them be organic - if possible.
Make time to cut things up ahead of time so on your lunch break, if you work from home, or for a quick dinner, you can just throw everything in a skillet with some eggs and you have a delicious, satiating, nutrient dense meal in 15 minutes!!
