☀️ July Summer Health Coaching Tip: MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY. Starting your day with movement helps you balance your body, your mind and your emotions. There is no medicine like Mother Nature. If you’re looking to create a daily habit that will impact you now and in the future, start with committing to daily movement.

Honor it like that child’s doctors appointment, honor it like that important business meeting, honor it like it’s something you cannot miss – yes it IS that important. Remember, you cannot take care of others if you are not around because you didn’t take care of yourself.

Whether it’s morning, noon, night or anything in between, movement is what the human body was designed to do - so get up, take the break, go for the walk, stretch your body. You ARE worth it and so is your health.

🤗 10 days is all it takes to detox off the sugar, alcohol, gluten, chemicals.

🤗 10 days is all it takes to clear up that brain fog, get rid of those headaches, balance your mood and natural energy, create deeper, more quality sleep, and clear up that blotchy skin.

🧐 So what happens after 10 days??? 🧐

👉👉👉👉👉 Whatever you do consistently is what you create.

Your body will tell you what fuels it, what drains it, and exactly what you need in order to continue feeling good and dropping pounds and inflammation - IF YOU’RE DETOXED.

How many times a do you say to yourself, “I just don’t have the time!” 🤷🏻‍♀️ Time to challenge that thought process.

Taking a break allows your body, your metabolism, your brain and your spirit to reset. You are not a robot, you are human so stop hitting the auto pilot button and start slowing down so you can live your life and enjoy the moments.

Here is my daily routine that when I do it consistently, I feel like I am living in total alignment. 🧘‍♀️

Morning Routine: ☀️
👉 wake up and start my morning with warm lemon water

👉 stay off social media (and my phone in general) for at least 30 minutes after waking

👉 put on sound bath music or a chill morning playlist

👉 make my chocolate frosty smoothie with at least 30 g of protein

👉 take a mindfulness walk outside with Leo for at least 20 to 30 minutes - no looking at my phone, speaking gratitude out loud, setting my intentions for the day and manifesting what I will create - while taking time to listen to the birds, feel the sunshine or the breeze, tune into my five senses

👉👉👉 after this I dive into emails, text messages, client calls and training sessions and can show up as my best self.

Evening Routine:
👉 close out my workday with gratitude and state what I am proud of myself for creating today

👉 make a nourishing dinner or join family and friends for some soul nourishment

👉 take Leo for an evening walk and play ball

👉 no phone 20 minutes before bed

👉 read a real book I can hold in my hands

👉 commit to 8 to 9 hours of sleep

This holistically nourishing routine has changed my life, my energy, my mindset, everything. The way you show up for yourself daily creates your quality of life by creating alignment so commit to yourself - no more shortcuts your time is now. ⏰

HOW TO START:
👉 Find 2-3 things each day you can do and start there. Then start adding things. Before you know it, you’ll have your own alignment routine that fits for you. 👏🩷
