A 43-year-old patient with advanced hip osteoarthritis presented with chronic pain, functional limitation, and reduced quality of life despite conservative management.
A Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) was performed to relieve pain and restore joint function. The procedure involves replacing the diseased femoral head and acetabular surface with prosthetic components to re-establish normal hip biomechanics.
Postoperative course was favorable. Early mobilization was initiated on postoperative day one, with the patient able to ambulate without the need for prolonged bed rest.
THA is a reliable and effective intervention for end-stage hip degeneration, offering significant pain relief, improved mobility, and rapid return to daily activities when appropriately indicated.

Chief Complaint: Left femoral neck fracture
Present Illness: The patient accidentally fell 10 days ago, resulting in a left hip injury and limited mobility for 8 days. After examination and imaging by an outpatient physician, she was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of "left femoral neck fracture."
