Chief Complaint: Left femoral neck fracture
Present Illness: The patient accidentally fell 10 days ago, resulting in a left hip injury and limited mobility for 8 days. After examination and imaging by an outpatient physician, she was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of "left femoral neck fracture." Current symptoms include: significant limitation of left hip movement, significant limitation of abduction and adduction of the left lower limb, marked tenderness on palpation of the left inguinal region, positive four-limb test and limb elevation test, palpable dorsalis pedis and posterior tibial artery pulses, and normal toe movement and peripheral circulation.
