I have personally found deep healing, growth & purpose through the resonance of crystal singing bowls, vocalization & other instrumentation. I find great soulful alignment in sharing this gift with others, & witnessing the awakening, opening & expansion that occurs during & after sound therapy sessions. In addition, I work with individuals to connect with their innate wellness through various other holistic modalities. I am a Certified Practitioner of Polarity Therapy, Elemental Reflexology, Reiki, Yoga Instruction & Nutrition/Detox/Lifestyle Coaching. Many one-on-one sessions also include Sound Therapy. Somehow, an entire year has passed since my dad crossed the threshold. The marigolds are blooming in abundance again, the edges of evening softening. The same photos & altars I placed around the house when he passed still stand, the box of cards & photos from his room still unsorted. I cannot fathom time, the way grief moves through us & becomes our companion - swelling and receding, guiding our growth.

We are change. Ever-evolving. Never knowing what’s next. Maybe knowing only that we are here, and that we’re in this together.

Tonight’s sound bath feels like a tribute to my dear dad, and to all of our loved ones, and how we never really lose each other, but the ways we are together shape shift. These sounds always supporting the integration of our personal & collective metamorphoses.

I invite you to be held this evening at beloved Abide. I would love to share this potent moment with you.

Here we are, approaching this year’s most expansive day of light. I see us, fired up & showing up for each other, speaking our truths, singing our songs, sharing our care, shining our light, doing our damn best in these highly activated/ing times. I see us remembering our way back to ourselves & each other, again & again & again.

Here we are, here we are, here we are.

I see us feeling the power of our togetherness & shapeshifting our way forward. I see how we have learned that we can never sustain our power from a place of depletion. I see us returning to rest, recalibration, replenishment, honoring the tenderness that is our strength. I see us nourished. I see us regenerating. I see us growing wiser & deeper-rooted.

I see that we are gorgeously imperfect & practicing loving every messy part of us. I see that we get lost & find our way back again. We forget & we remember, we forget & we remember, we forget & we remember. We are so human. We are so much more than human.

This Summer Solstice, I celebrate the whole of us - our brilliance & our depths, & the ways we dissolve into imaginal muck & reemerge transformed. I invite you to bring it all into Summer’s light, lay it down, & restore your sweet being this weekend.
