When detoxing it is crucial to consume diuretic teas to promote urination to reduce water retention, bloating and fluid buildup in the body.

The tea in the picture is dandelion leaf, dandelion root, ginger and cinnamon:

I used :

1.8L water

8 heaping tablespoons of pulverized dandelion leaf

4 heaping tablespoons of dandelion root

3 large grated ginger k***s (use as much or as little ginger as you want)

3 crushed Ceylon cinnamon sticks

Note:

To prevent scorching of the leaves, pour boiling water over herbs into pot/mason jar instead of boiling herbs in water.

Seal mason jar/cover pot with lid, let it sit overnight on the stove for optimal extraction and drink the tea the day after.

I will drink 500ml/day to help flush out more urine. Do what works for you.
