So much of the rehab experience is about dosage of movement and the body as a whole (diet, sleep quality/quantity, mental health, etc), many who are looking for a simple fix are looking in the wrong areas. There are no secret exercises that magically heal you. Time, a proper healing environment, and finely dosed loading of structures does that.
Building confidence in yourself and your strengths while addressing areas that need work is how we do things here. We celebrate wins and address setbacks together.
We do not fear monger certain exercises, training methodologies, or specific ranges of motion, nor do we ignore the signals our body is giving us that the loads being placed upon it are greater than is tolerable.
We build robust humans.
We do this by guiding them to put in the work to become stronger, both inside and out, and when they do, they never look back.
