I love looking into the eyes of crystal children, indigo children and adults. It's like they can see deeply into your soul. Long ago, before I even knew about crystal children, I visited one of my cousins who just birthed a son. I was meeting this little one for the first time. When his eyes peered into mine, I felt a soulfully naked. It's like he could peer deeply into my soul and "read" me. Although he wasn't even verbal at the time, my heart felt so much love and connection. It was instantaneous.

I called him "The Little Sage" without really knowing why. Do you have children in your life who are these "old souls"?...who have eyes like this?

Their purity of spirit and their innate wisdom, their propensity towards peace and forgiveness....all things that we as a human species need help with. When they are very young, you can talk to them telepathically with pictures in your mind. Many have been diagnosed with delayed speech, but there is nothing wrong with them. They just don't understand why you can't hear their thoughts like they hear yours.

Talking is highly overrated.

These children are highly sensitive, so you might as well not "pretend" if you're not feeling good or you're feeling stressed. They can sense it. It's best to own up to it and take personal responsibility for it so they don't worry that they have to fix it or that it's their fault. They respect authenticity.

Highly sensitive children often have highly sensitive parent(s) who need to learn the skills of being able to clear negative energy/emotions, restore healthy energetic boundaries, "turn down" the volume on sensitivity and reactivity symptoms, all of which you learn (and tons more) in my Light Warrior Advanced Healing Program. Children Are Little Reiki Sponges

Conducting a Reiki session for a young child is similar to treating an adult.
Although, there are some distinguishing differences. The major difference is the time allotted to a younger Reiki recipient. A full session for a child will be 30-45 min session in comparison to a Reiki session given to an adult. Whereas a Reiki session given to an adult normally lasts 60 to 90 minutes or even longer, a child will absorb Reiki so much faster.

Children, in general are Reiki sponges, extremely receptive to soaking up its balancing energies. Young children generally do not have emotional defenses inside them that adults often do. Blockages and imbalances slow the flow of Reiki energies... and normally children's energies are less encumbered by energy blocks.

And, of course, a toddler's body is significantly smaller in comparison to an adult body. Because the practitioner will have less area to cover in their hand placements it only makes sense that the session will end sooner.
