Counseling Center of the Rockies offers several different types of substance abuse counseling in a caring and friendly environment. Our mission is to provide the opportunity for each client to achieve growth and change which will have a postive effect t

hroughout their lifetime. We are licensed by the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health in the following areas: Level I Education, Level II Education, Level II Therapy, and Level II Enhanced Therapy. We also offer one on one, family, and LGBT-friendly counseling for those with subtance abuse concerns.

When dealing with stress, you always have the option of changing either the situation or your reaction to it. Even if you have no control over the source of your stress, you do have control over how you respond to it. Consider creating your own toolbox of strategies you can call on when you feel stress rising.

1. You have the option of moving your body to help release your mind,
2. You have the option of activating your favorite calming breath (find one you love).
3. You have the option shifting your mindset & choosing to see the best in yourself.
