Join us for a relaxed and welcoming morning at to connect with other postpartum moms in the community. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, feeding challenges, or just want to get out of the house and need a minute to socialize—this is a safe space just for you.

Enjoy great conversation with other moms in your season, support, and the opportunity to ask questions to me 👋🏼, a certified postpartum doula and lactation educator who will be on hand to offer guidance, encouragement (and lots of extra help with baby if needed 😘)

Postpartum is *any* time after the birth of your baby. There is no “age” limit on this event. If you feel you need connection with other moms, no matter what age your baby is, feel free to come!


☕ Bonus: The first 5 moms to arrive will receive a free coffee—my treat!

Come as you are, babies welcome (of course). Deer Creek has a great little corner of toys & books for children. You can stay as long, or as little, as you’d like!

There is no ticket or entry fee for this event, but if you can, support by purchasing a coffee, bagel, or sweet treat while you’re there! This is a great way to support a local, mom owned businesses in our community!! ❤️

I took the most incredible course this weekend by Lisa Loveless at Next Level Therapy! Visceral Work Made simple was simply amazing! I love continuing to learn so that I can better serve my clients! This was a true focus on digestion, infertility, mobility, motility and so much more!

🎉 1 Year in Business! 🎉

Today marks ONE YEAR since I opened the doors to my pelvic health occupational therapy practice—and what a year it has been! 💫

I’m filled with so much gratitude as I reflect on the amazing women I’ve had the honor of supporting over the past 12 months.
