Dear friends, yogis, all of you…bear with me on this journey to “market” myself as a yoga teacher. It’s a process of self-discovery for sure. We can look back in decades and laugh about how nobody gets the “Lizard Lounge” joke. I’m not sure I do now either.

You’ve heard it before: “yoga changed my life.” It’s a cliche because it’s true, and it’s my truth.

During my transition to single motherhood, I went to my mat Every. Single. Day. I didn’t know what I was looking for, but I ended up finding me. When you find this kind of peace and acceptance, it’s only fair to pass it on.

I completed my 200hr YTT through Open Doors in 2021 with the intention that it’s the just the beginning to a lifelong journey in yoga.

I aim to create a safe space in my classes to fully embrace the freedom of your own personal practice. I teach with energetic, contemporary music, and I will challenge you to lean into your postures and learn about yourself.
