This patient was complaining about “ issues and her nose is always running”.

•Always taking allergies medications
•Wasn’t experiencing ache

We recommended to get a CT SCAN

Tooth #2 showed a bone loss in the mesiobuccal aspect, presenting also a communication with the sinus, probably causing her congestion.

The right Maxillary Sinus presented cloudiness due to retained mucus.

After surgical extraction was performed, followed by closure of Oroantral fistula and bone graft, next day of the surgery the patient felt the difference right away!
