What if one day could help you reset the direction of your entire year?

March 20 is one of the most energetically significant days of 2026. ✨

When many cosmic shifts happen at once, it opens a powerful window for insight, clarity, and new beginnings — the chance to step into a new chapter of life.

On this day we experience:
• Mercury retrograde ending
• Jupiter retrograde ending
• The Spring Equinox (equal day and night)
• A New Moon in Pisces
• The Vedic New Year

It also marks the closing of the eclipse portal we’ve been moving through since February 3.

Take a moment to reflect:
What has shifted for you over the past month?
What has become more clear?
What are you ready to release — and what are you ready to call in?

This is a beautiful time to set intentions and create space for the life you want to grow into. 🌙

Yoga for Runners: Strength, Mobility & Recovery

Whether you’re training for a race or logging weekly miles, running places repetitive stress on the body. This workshop is designed specifically for runners who want to move better, feel stronger, and recover more efficiently. Join yoga instructor Brooke, who after running multiple half marathons, deepened her yoga practice following a running injury. Yoga became a key part of her recovery and continues to shape how she supports runners on and off the mat.

In this strength-based yoga workshop, we’ll focus on building stability through the hips and core, improving mobility in commonly tight areas (calves, hamstrings, hips), and using controlled movement to support injury prevention. Expect slow, intentional flows that build single-leg strength, balance, and body awareness—without requiring prior yoga experience.
The session will conclude with guided recovery and breathwork to help calm the nervous system and support post-run recovery.

This workshop is ideal for:

• Runners of all levels
• Athletes looking to support their training
• Anyone who feels tight, imbalanced, or sore from running

New Moon & Spring Equinox Vision Board Workshop
March 22nd, 10 am to 11:30 am

Join me for a guided Vision Board Workshop aligned with the powerful energy of the New Moon and Spring Equinox — a time for release, realignment, and opening to what’s growing and flourishing next.

Through gentle grounding, guided meditation, journaling, and creative visioning, you’ll create a personalized vision board focused on how you want to feel, grow, and move forward. All supplies are provided, and each participant will receive a journal and a small interactive handout to support reflection beyond the workshop.

I will guide the experience from start to finish, while also allowing space to connect, socialize, and enjoy moon water–inspired drinks available for purchase.

Come release what no longer fits, connect with your inner clarity, and leave feeling inspired, grounded, and open to planting seeds of the future under this spring moon time.
