We are a Minnesota based mobile Sauna business promoting health and community in the Twin Cities area. Rental is available through the website.

Owners Jonas and Dan after years of building a community based on old and new traditions of sauna and cold plunge thought that this was bigger than them, and so the Order of Fire and Ice was born. They wanted to share their experience with the world. Something as simple as being present minded in the sauna with like-minded friends, then sharing a home cooked meal by all involved strengthening the

bond of community could be happening in homes all around the cities, state and beyond. Our proposal; gather your friends, new and old, and experience the sauna and cold plunge together. When we experience physical intensity together—like the shock of a cold plunge—we naturally become more open and authentic. Following that with a community-led meal creates a space where those new connections can take root.

As we pack up the mobile unit and watched the water return to shore, we wanted to take a moment to say a sincere thank you. 🙏

This season has been more than just "Fire and Ice." It was about the shared breaths during guided meditation, the late-night laughs after a cold plunge, and the way this community leaned into the heat when life got stressful. You showed up in the snow, the slush, and the "False Spring," and you made this season unforgettable.

But the fire isn’t out yet. 🔥

As the ice fully leaves the lake and the ground begins to wake up, our season at White Bear County Park is drawing to a close. We are officially entering our final two weeks, and Saturday, April 11th will be our final day of the winter residency.

It’s finally time to share what’s been happening behind the scenes. This project started as a dream of heat, wood, and quiet, and after a few months of sawdust and sweat, the sauna is finally nearing completion.

There is a specific kind of satisfaction that comes from the first "Löyly" (the steam created by pouring water on the stones) in a sauna you’ve worked hard to finish. It’s the transition from a construction site to a sanctuary.
