Had the opportunity to do a cook today for the Newaygo County Sheriff’s Department! Served them, Grant Police Officers, Newaygo Police Officers, White Cloud Police and Newaygo County 911 Dispatch plus a few retired County Officers. Had a great time with some very appreciative people!

Had the pleasure of riding on the annual teddy bear ride with my Local 876 IBEW and the American Legion out of Sandford, MI today to take teddy bears to the children at Covenant Hospital!! Very cool ride!! Almost 2000 teddy bears being delivered!! My Local 876 donated 560 bears for today!! Very proud!!

I would like to thank everyone for another great year!! Few hog roast, a couple nice High School reunions, seen people that I haven’t seen in 40 years!! And all the other parties!! Couldn’t do it with a lot of great help and can’t tell you all thank you enough!! Appreciate each and every one of you and all the fantastic customers!! Looking forward to watching this company grow and see what the future brings!!

Another great cook yesterday! Great group class of 77’….seen faces I haven’t seen in years. Food was raved on!! Makes me feel good to see people truly enjoy the meal that I prepared for them. Thank you White Cloud class of 1977 for the business!!

Well……getting ready to pull some delicious slow smoked pork off this hog in a little while and make the delivery to the Amble Riders Group annual ride!! Been a long day and night and next morning but……love seeing people enjoy the finished product!!

Well…….what do you do on the big holiday weekend?? Slow roast a 300lb plus hog!!! Southern style smoked at it finest!!! Go ride on the Amble Riders Group annual ride Sunday and enjoy a great time with some great people and food!!
