The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, where darkness gives way to returning light. It’s a pause in the natural world—a moment of stillness, reflection, renewal—the perfect time to let go so that new growth can emerge.

I’ll be leading you in soothing restorative postures and Esther will be bathing you in sound during portions of the class. She’s a professional singer and world-class musician who learned the art of sound healing from a Tibetan Singing Bowl Master from Nepal.
