☕️This is a controversial topic amongst teachers, but here’s my 2 cents:
I don’t teach to dictate how YOU should move YOUR body….I teach to make suggestions…you make the decisions! If your body needs a random “downward facing dog” then DO YOUR THANG! I’ll be your biggest cheerleader!!
