Meet Page Hall — a cornerstone of the Valenti-Held team for over 20 years! Starting as an estimator for Accurate Bore, Page’s journey has taken him through several roles, including Project Manager for ECO Infrastructure, and now, our dedicated Safety Director at Valenti-Held and ECO.

Meet Luis Castañeda! 👷‍♂️ Luis has been a dedicated member of the Valenti-Held team since 2018, starting and continuing strong in his role as a Topman.

What sets Luis apart is his passion for sharing knowledge — whether it's a little or a lot, he's always ready to teach and help new team members grow. 💪

Outside of work, Luis enjoys quality time with his wife, Rosa. Together, they love visiting family, shopping, and traveling whenever they get the chance to explore new places. ✈️🛍️

Meet Craig Waters, who has been an invaluable member of the Valenti-Held family since 1991! 🚜 Starting as a laborer, Craig has worked his way up to his current role as our Dirt Supervisor. Over the years, Craig has not only become an expert in his field but also a key part of what makes our team so special.

One of the most surprising things Craig has learned since joining Valenti-Held is that a company can genuinely care about its employees. He’s seen first hand how Valenti-Held supports employees during personal crises and offers second chances—not only in work but in life. Craig truly believes that Valenti-Held goes above and beyond to help people succeed, showing that a company can be both a place to work and a place to grow. 🌱💼

Being part of an ESOP company means a lot to Craig. He believes it’s a great way to build a higher net worth and secure a better retirement for himself and his team. 💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
Oversee crew and schedule management, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
Collaborate with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and inspectors for successful project ex*****on.
Promote safety and quality on-site while keeping accurate records.

🔨 Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in site work leadership, specifically sewer, storm, and water main installations.
Heavy equipment operation expertise.
Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused skills.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

We recently celebrated the year with our employees at our Annual Holiday Party. We have had a great year at Valenti-Held and we couldn't do it without our great group of employees. We would also like to wish a special congratulations to those employees who hit the Anniversary Milestones! We are looking forward to another great year in 2025!

Today, we had our first family picnic! We really appreciate all who came and missed those who were unable to come. We enjoyed a “friendly” pickleball tournament and a co****le tournament. Congrats to the winners of those tournaments!
