With the storm approaching, we want to remind all our patients to be extra careful. Your health and safety come first, so please stay indoors and off the roads if possible until conditions improve.

If you do have to venture out, remember these PT tips:

Take "penguin walks" on icy patches (short, flat-footed steps).

Shovel safely: Use your legs to lift, not your back, and take frequent breaks.

Check-in: Give us a call before heading in to ensure our office hours haven't been affected by the weather.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Scheduling new and existing patients
• Insurance authorizations
• Records requests
• Verifying insurance eligibility
• Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
• Handling scheduling conflicts, insurance issues, or patient concerns
• Helping maintain efficient patient flow
• Organizing charts, documents, and digital records

Experience preferred. Must have strong computer skills and be able to use office software accurately and efficiently.
