It has bee a rough couple weeks....actually if I am being honest it has been a rough year so far. Sickness has visited us and stayed like a unwelcomed house guest.

Have you ever heard of Grounding yourself? If you have ever talked with me about oils I have always mentioned oils that help ground you. Keep you in a even mood (is how I usually explain it). Well Yesterday after disinfecting reloading all my diffusers and getting the house cleaned and kids taken care of I needed to do something, so I took off outside whipped off my socks and shoes and stood in the grass grounding myself and listening to some music. It was my peaceful 10 min. that I needed to help reset.

Grounding is the process of getting outside and allowing your bare feet to connect with the groud. The electrical charges of the ground the earth can have positive effects on your body.
What can Grounding help with?
Chronic Fatigue
Chronic Pain
Anxiety and Depression
Sleep Disorders
Cardiovascular disease

In addition to the grounding yesterday I added four drops of lemongrass and one geranium to my diffusers and ran those all afternoon. This is a great blend when there has been sickness in the house.

Have you ever heard of oil pulling? I do this regularly. My only problem is I like for it to be in cute little hearts and cold. Here is my very own oil pulling kit. If you would like a jar let me know. This can’t be shipped but you can pick up at the store.
