The lesions and markings that have been reported on the feet of some COVID-19 patients are telltale signs about the health of the patients. As a trained Reflexologist, I can readily determine from the photos shown in the article, that these symptoms are presenting themselves in the reflex areas for the head and lungs. This is not at all surprising to me since primary COVID-19 symptoms include headache and respiratory issues. The feet truly do tell a story, many times giving signs ahead of time that an issue is present or developing. The body is an amazing thing if you listen to what its telling you.

If you or a loved one notice irregularities on your feet, please don't discount it. This can be anything from a growth or lesion, to swelling, discoloration, or pain in a certain area. Unless you have had an obvious injury to your foot, then your body is communicating signs and signals to you that should not be ignored.

The sign has been described as a ‘curious finding’.

SINGULAIR ALERT!
The FDA has announced that it will affix a Boxed Warning on packages of the asthma and allergy drug Montelukast (brand name: Singulair).

This is the most prominent and serious of FDA warnings about prescription drugs, This drug has “serious mental health side effects.”

Singulair has been used in the United States since 1998. In 2017, it was the 16th most prescribed medication in the U.S., with more than 31 million prescriptions written and/or filled.

Fortunately I don't have to worry about side effects like this, since I use natural medicines without side effects.
