The story behind FOLEYrelaxed 💆‍♀️

There was a time when I carried heaviness in my body that I couldn’t explain. My spirit felt tired, my mind restless, my heart anxious. I longed for a place to just be — to set everything down, to breathe, and to feel safe in my own skin.

On my journey, I discovered the power of healing touch, the gentle current of Reiki, the medicine of sound, the grounding of breath, and the quiet wisdom of stillness. These practices became anchors for me — reminders that I was not broken, but in the process of remembering my wholeness.

FOLEYrelaxed was born from this remembering💫

I created this sanctuary for women like me — women who are carrying too much, giving too much, holding it all together for everyone else. Women who deserve a place to take off the mask and return home to themselves.

Here, every body is welcome. Every story honored. Every layer of you embraced. Through Reiki, massage therapy, intentional breathing, guided meditation, sound healing, and chakra balancing, I hold space for you to release what no longer serves you and to reclaim the power that has always been yours.
