This is installment 6 of 7 for our Peripheral Artery Disease Series. This week, we'll go over treatment and how to find help if you do have PAD.

For more advanced PAD, endovascular procedures may be required, such as angioplasty or stent placements, which we do here at . Changes in lifestyle can significantly decrease the rate of progression and improve the quality of life for a PAD patient, so make those changes with the help of loved ones and medical professionals, and be on your way to a healthier, better-feeling you! If you need more support after being diagnosed with PAD, look online for or ask your healthcare professional about PAD support groups.

You might have seen a new face around the office, so let me introduce you. Meet our new administrator, Mandy, who began about 2 weeks ago. With a background in surgery and a degree in healthcare leadership, she is just the right fit for the job! We are looking forward to getting to know her more as we provide great healthcare to our patients and their loved ones!

Our job is to put them at ease and help them when they are most vulnerable, Cardio-Kidney Vascular Care LLC believes in giving the best care possible to our patients AND their families, and sometimes, they go above and beyond to tell us "thanks."

We received a giant assortment of cookies this week from one of our patients. Her spouse couldn't say enough about how friendly and on-point the ENTIRE staff was for her appointment from start to finish.
