Kansas Children’s Foundation is proud to fund the pediatric music therapy program within Wesley Children’s Hospital.

Music Therapy is scientifically proven to relieve stress and pain. It is essential in helping the pediatric care team run the tests, get the vitals and diagnose the patient without the use of sedation, which can be expensive and delay treatment.

Many, many thanks to MT-BC Jordan! Thousand and thousands of patients have sang with her, strummed ukuleles, and listened to her gentle voice during uncomfortable or stressful procedures. We appreciate you, Jordan!

Wesley Trauma had an incredible time partnering with Salud + Bienestar for a Stop the Bleed training session! 🤝 A huge thank you for their partnership and for assisting with the translation of the class, making it accessible for everyone in the community. It was truly inspiring to work with such a fantastic group of women from the Hispanic community who were eager to learn and asked excellent questions about these crucial, life-saving techniques.
