Behind the Chair: Free Workshop for Hair Stylists, Tattoo Artists, Piercers and Bartenders

If you work with people, chances are they open up to you. They trust you with their personal stories, sometimes heavy, sometimes emotional, and that can take a toll over time. You might find yourself feeling worn out or unsure how to carry all of it, especially when you’re trying to hold it together for others.

This event is about creating space for you. We’ll talk about real ways to manage stress, take care of yourself, and keep doing the work you care about without burning out. You’re not meant to hold it all alone and you don’t have to. Let’s take some of that weight off together.

Who is this workshop for?

Tattoo artists, piercers, hair stylists, bartenders, or anyone who works in the service industry and spends time in their work listening to the stories of their clients and customers.

What will the workshop be like?

An hour where you will learn coping skills, stress management, and how to share the weight of your profession from licensed counselors.
