I began practicing healthier approaches to wellness in 2012. I was struggling to find time to manage a full-time career, be a wife, and mother to 4 children, so healthy ways had gone by the wayside. My turning point was a stress-induced heart attack at the age of 34. Essential Oils have become a staple in our household to support our health, emotions, and reducing toxins with natural solutions. I am passionate about helping others start the same lifestyle journey to have health and emotional wellness.
I believe we are all created uniquely by God, and it is important to treat ourselves as uniquely as He created us. Holistic health – placing unique focus on the whole person’s mind, body, and soul – has been key to regaining my energy and healthy lifestyle. We can achieve optimal health when we live with balance, grace, and gratitude.
