Will is a member of our location, where he’s been working with his trainer, for 3 years.

Come join next Wednesday for a free Nutrition Seminar hosted by Personal trainers Joshua Reed and Dylan Watkins!! This will be very informative for people that want to learn how to count their calories or find out how to get their body fat percentage, daily caloric requirement, resting, metabolic rate , learn how to read food labels, and highlighting some different supplement staples you should be using. Looking to take your tennis game to the next level? Our HIGH PERFORMANCE tennis group may be the right fit for you! 🎾

Our High-Performance group is for dedicated junior players who want to be engaged in hard work, discipline, and learning at the highest level. This program is designed to take players to the next level with various on and off-court training regimens. The daily training routine is developed to test players on their physical and mental abilities taking them out of their comfort zone. Our goal is to get them to a college level and a tennis scholarship!

Outdoor Pool Party - Now Open - FREE Event 🏊🎉

Out outdoor pool opens Monday, May 26, and we're kicking things off with an epic Memorial Day Pool Party! Join us from 1 to 6pm for fun in the sun, complete with free food by Genesis Health Meals from 2pm - 3pm. Members and non-members welcome, all FREE.
