I am a certified Neuromuscular Therapist passionate about working with women to reduce pain, tension, and stress through the restorative benefits of massage. With a focus on creating calm, comfortable environments, I tailor each massage to the individual. I want to insure you get exactly what you want from your massage, whether that is decreasing tension in the back and upper body, soothing aches,

reducing stress, or simply creating time to relax. I am equipped with specific training in neuromuscular therapy and trigger point release therapy, as well as sports, Swedish, and pregnancy massage.
