Now on a mission to eliminate toxins from their diet and boost their immune

systems, the two started eating an organic non-gmo diet, drinking purified reverse osmosis water and reading every label to eliminate the know allergens and toxins. On this continuing journey Michelle has now created a toothpaste she feels safe using with the whole family!

Maple Chickpea Buddha Bowls 🌱✨

Makes 2 large servings

Ingredients:
Maple chickpeas
¼ cup dressing
1 cup farro
1 roasted sweet potato
4 cups massaged kale
½ cup red cabbage
½ cup cucumbers

Chickpeas:
1 can chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp water

Dressing:
1 clove garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp agave nectar
⅛ tsp salt
2 tsp water
