🫑Bell Pepper Sandwiches🫑

INGREDIENTS
1 medium red bell pepper/ 149g
Romain lettuce leaves/47g
Mashed avocado 42g
1 tablespoon cream cheese
½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
5 oz low sodium sliced turkey
2 slices/ 1 oz of cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the peppers in half lengthways. Remove the stalk and seeds.

Spread the cream cheese across the inside of both pepper halves.

Mash the avocado and season with a little sea salt. Add into the peppers and sprinkle over the bagel seasoning.

Add the meat, cheese and lettuce leaves. Option to slice in half crosswise to eat.

Single serving
1 Leaner, 3 Greens, 1 Healthy Fat, 1.5 condiments

Sugar in its natural form is not bad. Refined sugar is so addictive.
I personally battle this form of white powder. It is indeed white poison for health. It may also cause fatty liver syndrome.

You may go for half an apple instead, a cup of berries, or a cup of some papaya.

A glass of fruit juice is excessive in sugar content. Some high sugar containing fruits are watermelons, grapes, more than one orange, pomegranates, and pineapples are high in sugar content. An apple a today keeps the doctor way!! An apple is also good for your gut.

Chocolate is the worst because it also contains sugar. sOnce in awhile dark chocolate is okay (70% or more). It’s a struggle so I don’t bring it in the house. If you reach for anything because it makes you “feel” better or for “comfort”, you’re eating it for the wrong reason.

The dressing that I used is the juice if 2 lemons with black pepper powder and cilantro. 👌💕👌❤️
Hint: you may prepare the salad ahead of day for juice to marinate everything. Enjoy!!
