Roga tonight was a blast! Nice 3-4 mile run followed by a Halloween themed yoga class with Kinsey Eck! If you know how cool this is you know! ☺️ ( Matt Anthony said the fireplace made it feel hotter! 😄)

Super Fun group at Roga tonight! Got in a 3.5 mile run followed by an hour hot yoga class at Unity Studio! The chilled lavender washcloth at the end was amazing and great to see some new and previous group runners back in the mix! 🙂
