Take the intensity up a notch today with this brutal leg triset. No machines, just raw strength, control, and volume. Try this and let us know if you survive.

Warm-up:
Leg Extensions or Sissy Squats– 4 sets x 25 reps (get that blood flowing!)

Triset (No rest between exercises, repeat for 4-5 rounds):
1️⃣ Heels-Elevated Dumbbell Goblet Squat – 12-15 reps
2️⃣ Front-Foot Elevated Step-Back Lunge (Dumbbells) – 8-10 reps per leg
3️⃣ Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift (RDL) – 10-12 reps
