Immediate implant using existing tooth to guide the procedure with osetotomy through the existing tooth; followed by extraction of the tooth and placement of the implant. Grafted the socket and the buccal plate; placed collagen membrane over buccal and PTFE membrane over the socket. Now just gotta sleep for a while before abutment and crown.
