So, what are some fun things we can do this weekend to focus on happiness and spark that inner joy? Here are some ideas for everyone, whether you’re solo with family, or hanging with friends:
For Adults:
Step outside and enjoy a little fresh air to clear your mind and refresh your spirit.
Treat yourself to something simple you love whether it’s a quiet moment, your favorite snack, or a relaxing bath.
Pick up the phone and check in with someone you trust. Sometimes, talking things through makes a world of difference.
