Kilee enjoys working with teenagers in individual and group settings on topics such as improving self esteem, reducing depression, and safe dating. Kilee believes that most emotionally and physically abusive people begin abusing others during their teen years, and prevention needs to start at an early age. t in working with athletes on improving their mental game using Sports Hypnosis. Athletes of all ages and competition level benefit from learning and using these skills, especially those serious about earning college athletic scholarships. Kilee recommends youth as young as middle school who have identified a specific sport or talent to begin using mental skills training. The Sports Hypnosis Kilee practices can also be used to increase motivation for smoking cessation and weight loss.

Do you notice your player’s team in general struggling with confidence at the plate? This can look like any of the following:
😔 watching the ball and not swinging
😔 relying on being walked
😔 making consistent errors with technique
😔 reactive swings rather than confident swings

What about on the mound? Pitching is 💯 mental and many players don’t have the mental skills they need to thrive.
😔 inconsistent stance
😔 overthinking mechanics
😔 letting errors dictate emotions
😔 throwing balls or hitting players when under pressure

A simple 30 minute team clinic can give all players the mental skills they need to make huge improvements.

~win at all cost mentality
~overuse and pressure to perform related injuries
~mistake oriented coaching destroying confidence
~burn out from specializing too young
~increased pressure to step up to elite teams without the needed emotional regulation and skill building
~6-7 day a week training and practice
