That's a wrap on outdoor yoga at my house! Thank you all for joining me for classes, it was so fun experiencing the changing seasons and enjoying the birds with you all, and the yoga too of course 😁 see ya'll in the Fall.

As always, Los Cab runs a full schedule of air conditioned classes all week long. If you want to continue yoga, check their schedule out. @ Emily McGinnis teaches a beautiful class called Desert Blend, try it out.

I'm still teaching yoga at home Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am in the sunshine 🌞
