Yin Yoga! This is the class I always invite men to attend. It is not standing and flowing, it is seated and stationary. We open up hips, shoulders and spine. Finding some extra mobility and breaking up the stuck spots.

The class is low impact and huge reward. 9am tomorrow at Los Cab. Pre-requs...being able to get down on the ground and sit there. (Probably good to be able to bend your knees past 90°) You can message me or text me to sign up. 928.671.1228

Starting Monday All Levels Yoga is back on the schedule!

If you are already unlimited you can join this class! If you are not already unlimited I am offering a prorated unlimited membership that starts Monday for $60, that means you can attend up to 12 classes this month =D I also have class credits available 1/$18, 3/$45 or 5/$60

Wickenburg Yoga Classes: I have a short list of folks that are wanting to take All Levels Yoga. The class would be Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am, 55 minutes. Monthly cost is $80. If you can't attend every class you can purchase credits for classes: 1/$18, 3/$45 or 5/$60. If you are interested in taking all levels yoga, please let me know. If I can get a few people committed I will add the class to my schedule.

If you are unlimited you would be able to attend 8:30 Vinyasa Flow as well as 9:30 All Levels.

I offer $10 drop in fee for students: high school and undergrad.
