One Company Fund (OCF) is excited to launch Closet for a Cause, a first-of-its-kind pop-up shop designed to help associates find the perfect gown for the Annual Awards Gala while supporting one another along the way. More than a fundraiser, Closet for a Cause reflects the heart of OCF’s mission: removing barriers and making sure everyone feels included. Each gown is available for a $25 donation to OCF, with flexible payment options, and even sponsored purchases available for associates who may need them. Hosted on SharePoint and accessible to associates with a Benchmark email, the shop makes it easy to browse, select, and give back, all while helping ensure cost is never an obstacle to feeling confident and celebrated.

Hosted by Memory Care Director Heather Hmieleski, CDP, this guided experience offers firsthand insight into the challenges of cognitive decline and highlights the importance of compassionate care. Heather will also be available to answer questions and provide support throughout the event.

She’ll be joining industry leaders Carlene Motto (Belmont Village Senior Living), Mike Thompson (Brightview Senior Living), and Elizabeth Pearce (U.S. News & World Report) on the panel, “Roadmap to Price Transparency: 10 Must-Do Steps.”
