The protective benefit may be manifold: physical activity reduces inflammatory chemicals, body fat and insulin sensitivity, all of which may fuel cancer progression and recurrence.

For those of you who haven't given cottage cheese another chance, I'm begging you to do so.

I'm eating fully fat (mainly because low fat things scare me) cottage cheese. 11 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugars. There are not many foods out there that have THAT nutritional bang for your bite!

It is true however that, search though I may, I was not able to find a good picture of the stuff.

Who is ready to DANCE your way into fall? This 60 day program is knocking the SOCKS off of those who love fitness and even those who do not!

We've never run a program like this! So we will be TESTING this program on September 10. What kind of results can you get from DANCING everyday? Plenty. But we intend to test the theory!

A friend/customer just messaged me this: "I am struggling with consistency!! I'll be great for 2 weeks or so and then "life" happens and I succumb to bad habits again. Boooo. It's like I can't stay disciplined for the long haul. Any tips? "

Do you know how many times I have heard that this summer? My response was this:

"Oh my goodness! I am hearing this so much right now!! You are not alone!! Summer is tough.

Three things to remember:
1)You don't have to start on Monday. Squeeze time in TODAY!
2)You don't need more than 30 minutes. Even that will make you feel great and accomplished the rest of your day!
3)Don't strive for perfection. Just pick ONE thing you will focus on. Just focus on water, or giving up cheese, or getting 8 hours of sleep, or working out 3 times/week. We all know how to live "perfect" but that should NOT be your goal!! Because it's not realistic! Just do what you can do today and rejoice in that!
