Hello,

My name is Nicole, Dr. of Occupational Therapy & lover of people. I've started an inclusive movement and children's picture book series telling stories, through fables, of love and ability in order to:

1. Increase children's sense of self worth, understanding their value in this world.
2. Decrease stigma of mental, psychosocial, and physical disabilities, reducing bullying.
3. Allowing

children with disability to see themselves as main characters in the earliest form of media.
4. Facilitate conversation about disability between parents and their child
5. Cultivate friendships that value and flourish off differences

I need 211 more preorders to make this book a reality! Remember, this is an all or nothing campaign, so if I don’t get 211 more preorders in 25 days this book won’t go to print.

BUT, as soon as I get 211 orders, I can send it to print on that exact day!!! Let’s make it happen!!

It’s a BEAUTIFUL day to support a book that empowers children to build belonging, that teaches them about accessibility anduniversal design! Everyone deserves to participate fully and that is what my book Flora’s Fish For All Pier is about!!

There are 25 days left in my campaign to help make this book a reality. And we need to average about nine pre-orders a day!!

With that, I have sent a mini goal to get nine backers today. Nine people to go, choose a pre-order package of their liking!!

There is a video on my Kickstarter page and a huge explanation in photos that share about the book and why it’s important.
