🌿 Join Us Tonight at 6 PM for Recovery Dharma 🌿

"Be like a tree and let the dead leaves drop." — Rumi

Impermanence is a truth of life and a powerful teacher in recovery. It reminds us that no experience—whether joy or pain—lasts forever. Learning to accept change and let go can help us release the suffering caused by clinging, opening space for healing and growth.

📅 When: Tonight at 6 PM
📍 Where: Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley (UUCWV)
🌟 Who’s Invited: Anyone seeking a mindful approach to recovery.

We’ll reflect on the nature of change and explore how mindfulness, compassion, and community can help us navigate life’s ever-shifting tides. Come as you are. Show up. Begin again. 🌱
