PEACE CAMP for KIDS - Wilkes-Barre Every child is worthy of respect, affection & dignity. Every prejudice, resentment & misunderstanding can be cured by the laughter of kids playing.

Kids need to be accepted as they are, and convinced that they are worthy of respect, affection, and dignity. We will inspire their future. A happy child transcends every ethnic and economic distinction humankind has invented to keep us apart. Every prejudice, every oppression, every resentment, and every misunderstanding can be cured by the laughter of kids playing. Please, join us. Peace Camp activities include the following:

Arts and Crafts Projects
Field Trip to Frances Slocum State Park and cookout
Kids Care Club Project
Communication Strategies
Games for a healthy mind, body, and spirit
Yoga, Zen Meditation, Therapy Animals
Peer Mediation and Anti-Bullying Skills
Drum Circle
Nature Walks
