37g of protein… from a grab-and-go salad at Wegmans 👀🥗

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.

If you’re busy, this is your reminder:
You don’t need perfect… you need better choices.

High protein. Low stress. Real life.

This is how you stay consistent.

High‑protein lunch from Popeyes while cutting for a tournament… didn’t think I’d say that today. 47g of protein for right around 400 cal.. getting rid of the biscuit instant instantly cuts 200 calories.

This is how real people lose weight, not by being perfect, but by making smarter choices when life gets busy.

What’s YOUR go‑to fast food order when you’re trying to stay on track?

22/04/2026

Today was one of those days where everything was back‑to‑back, and I had to grab something quick. Cutting for a tournament means I can’t just wing it, so I went with something that keeps me full without blowing the day. Small choices add up.

What’s your go‑to meal when you’re trying to stay on track but life gets busy?

I turned a Core Power 42g protein shake into a Starbucks iced latte…

Sugar-free caramel + vanilla, double espresso, and ice.

It looks like a dessert drink, but it’s actually a high-protein cut hack.

Pistachio + cherry = wild combo, but it was AMAZING!

Vegan mushroom tartine from Dundaa's Kitchen. It had mixed mushrooms, rosemary, garlic, basil, and hummus pesto on French bread 🥖

I say for this one… it holds up even better than the first impression.

The mushrooms are deep, rich, and savory, the herbs bring freshness without overpowering it, and that hummus pesto is out of this world. The French bread gives it the perfect crunch that delivers this amazing dish.

This isn’t trying to be “vegan food.”
It’s just really well-made food.

Simple ingredients, executed right.

Would I get it again? Absolutely.

I watched Dundaa's Kitchen make this hummus pesto and shiitake mushroom open-face sandwich completely from scratch.

Part 1 is just the process…
Part 2 tomorrow is the honest review.

Would you try this combo?

🔥 HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST EGG BAKE (MEAL PREP WIN) 🔥

If you’re trying to eat better without getting bored of “diet food,” this one hits.

I made a simple egg bake packed with protein, flavor, and enough volume to actually keep you full.

Perfect for meal prep, post-workout meals, or just getting your mornings under control.

🥚 INGREDIENTS:

• 8 large eggs
• 2 cups egg whites
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 lb lean turkey sausage
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• Fresh basil, garlic, onion, salt & pepper
• ¼ cup light mozzarella

🔥 HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Cook turkey sausage first and drain excess fat
2. Whisk eggs, egg whites, and cottage cheese together (blend cottage cheese in blender first for smoother texture)
3. Mix everything into a greased (with olive oil or avocado oil spray) 9x13 dish
5. Bake at 375°F for 30–40 minutes until set

📊 MACROS (BASED ON CUTTING INTO 6 SERVINGS):

• Calories: ~315–340 per slice
• Protein: ~36–39g
• Fat: ~16–18g
• Carbs: ~3–5g

💡 If you want smaller portions, you can stretch it to 8 servings:
• ~240–260 calories per slice
• ~27–29g protein

WHY THIS WORKS:

High protein. Low effort. Real food.

You prep it once and you’ve got breakfast ready for days without guessing what to eat.
